“SUNNY DAY IN VENICE"

Loosely based on impressions I gathered in Venice, Italy, several years ago. The combination and juxtaposition of buildings standing in water, and boats floating around them, fascinates me. It’s the combination of rigidity vs. fluidity - the ying & yang, and the harmony - that always draws me back to paint this subject matter.
